On Tuesday the quake of 6.6 magnitudes rattled resident on west coast of Canada. But there is no damage. 260km is centered under water on south west of Prince Rupert, depth 10km. It was quickly follow by a 5.7 magnitude after effects. That felt over a broad area.
Cassidy said quakes of the category that occurred on Tuesday infrequently because a tsunami and it did not generate any alerts or warning for coastal communities in Canada and the United States. There have been about 100 small aftershocks.
